When you find a property you like, simply send a stay request through the availability form on the property page. We will reach out to you quickly with all the necessary information about availability, services, and stay conditions previously agreed with the owner.
Once the availability of the property is confirmed, you will receive all the information needed to proceed with the booking. The reservation is confirmed and secured once the deposit is paid directly to the property owner or the person responsible for the property.
Following the payment, a receipt will be issued with the owner’s details, ensuring transparency and clarity from the beginning of the booking process.
On the day of your arrival, at check-in, you will pay the remaining balance according to the conditions agreed during the booking. Please make sure to have your identification documents with you for the check-in process. During your stay, you can contact the property owner for any requests.
