Designed as part of a unique residential complex by the internationally renowned Catalan architect Oscar Tusquets, cousin of the owner—known on the island as “La Spagnola”—the property is set within a natural amphitheatre, sheltered from the prevailing winds and blessed with spectacular panoramic views.

Guest Access

Casa della Spagnola is one of the few properties on Pantelleria offering private pedestrian access to the sea. The beautiful cove below is naturally sheltered from the island’s prevailing winds, making it an ideal spot for swimming and relaxing.

The house is reached via a narrow and fairly steep stone driveway branching off the main road. For this reason, we recommend renting a small car, such as a Fiat Panda or Fiat 500, or preferably a 4WD vehicle, which is better suited to the island’s terrain.

The architecture of the complex stands out from Pantelleria’s traditional style while blending harmoniously with the surrounding landscape of dry-stone terraces, home to the island’s famous Zibibbo vineyards, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage agricultural landscape.

Thanks to its privileged position, the property enjoys breathtaking panoramic views and unforgettable sunrises over the Mediterranean.

Please note that, during certain periods of the year, the owners may stay in the separate residence located above the dammuso (Toya). Guests are always guaranteed complete privacy, peace, and tranquillity.
